Full-time university faculty, staff, retirees and eligible dependents may enroll in most non-credit courses under the terms of the Hopkins Tuition Remission Program. Employees are to obtain tuition remission forms from the Training and Education web site, and will be required to complete all drop-down boxes online before printing the application. Supervisors must now sign to certify employee eligibility . Retirees (and their spouses) must submit forms to the divisional Human Resources Office or the Benefits Service Center for confirmation of the employee's retirement status before the retiree can participate in the program.

A registration form must be submitted with the completed tuition remission form. Enrollment for a class will not be processed unless both the signed remission form and registration forms are forwarded (mail, fax, or carry) to Suite G-1, Wyman Park Building.

Under the revised terms of the university's remission program, Hopkins employees must withdraw in writing at least five working days before the first class to receive a 100% refund. No 75% refunds are given to JHU employees.
